Besides barbecued beef type recipes, what else can I use this stuff for? Bought a bottle for a beef recipe and don't want it to go to waste. Any recipe ideas?

I do the same as Lydia1959 - in fact I just made it today. Only difference is I add cabbage to mine after I shred the pork. I also cut up some cabbage and cook it for another 30 minutes or so. I serve it on white rice.

Lydia - you really cook the pork 16-20 hours??? I have done it that way, but I've also just cooked it on high for about 6 to 8 hours depending on how big the pork loin is.

If you want pulled pork and in a slow cooker, of course, I understand 16-18 hours.
