| I broke down and bought myself a Baritone Ukulele. I am so crazy about it! I bought it on Saturday and am still trying to get my fingertips toughened up. I can't wait until I can play more!!!

| I still have my ukulele. A couple of strings are broke but I figure the kids will get their last laught when they dig that out of my junk pile after I'm gone. Bigbaby I hope your uke brings lots of laughs and smiles. I wish I could hear a preview. |

| That's so neat! have you always wanted one? I keep forgetting to ask for an update, but this photo reminded me. How are your 'girls' doing? Have they completely recovered? You look wonderful. |

| I don't know what I thought a Ukulele would look like, but I didn't think it would look like a guitar. lol Hope you are playing it like a pro in no time. |

| Bigbaby has a Littlebaby!! It looks like a baby guitar. There's a product--I forget the name--that you can paint on your fingertips to protect them a bit when playing a stringed instrument. Music stores probably carry it. My daughter Jill bought me a bottle years ago in hopes that I would go back to playing the guitar, but my fingertips are too damaged from Raynaud's. |

I expect a you-tube recital, when you have practiced enough. Tip Toe through the Tulips, would be good. LOL (Glenda remembered that?!!) Looks like fun. |

Here's a youtube video of a happy ukulele group in Australia. My BIL's SIL (or my SIL once removed as I think of her) is the one shown driving the truck. chooks on a hot tin roof |

| Enjoiy it. My best friend Sue had a guitar and a "fake" book so she could play all sorts of tunes using only a few basic chords. |

| Hahhhahha. NO TIPTOE THROUGH THE TULIPS!!! It actually sounds like a guitar instead of a ukulele. I would actually have to try to figure out how to upload a video to youtube, or even how to make one first! I learned how to play "Amazing Grace" yesterday, but it's a little rough!! |
