Stop the snow monkeys.... please?

| We just finished sort of digging out from this weekend storm...
Now the National Weather Service says that we have a good chance of getting 10+ MORE inches tomorrow into Wednesday...

| One positive note - just think of all that moisture our gardens will have in the Spring and to help us through the dry months of late summer. Some plants depend upon a deep snow cover, so said Tasha Tudor. Our second bout of snow starts tonight or tomorrow. |

| We are getting snow too. Out of the past 7 days, 6 have been dreary,cloudy,snow and or freezing drizzle! I feel your pain! I'm longing for 80 degrees and sun!! |

We've had the driest winter on record.
Any snowfall we've had has been gradual. Enough to take measurements, but no heavy snowfall. I feel for the farmers, their fields will be so dry.... |

| jasdip, I'm sure there are those of us that would gladly share our 'bounty' of snow. As far as I'm concerned, you can have ALL my share for the rest of winter. Weather guy says we've already exceeded our entire winter's quota so we won't be needing it. :*) Shirley |

| I just got plowed out, and another bunch is in the forecast. Neighbor blew out the snow to my bird feeders, so I'm going to make him a loaf of bread. That's all he ever asks for in return for doing yard work for me. |

Schoolhouse my grandfather always called snow...poorman's fertlizer.

| It snowed here all day yesterday and has been snowing all day today. The dogs love it. Officials are worried about Des Moines and other places along rivers flooding when the snow melts. No flooding worries here. My neighbor clears my driveway and sidewalks for me. I pay him $10 which is a bargain. I used to pay $25 for a company to clear the snow. |

LOL Shirley! I figured someone might step up and offer me/us their snow! Really, I'm disappointed in the winter this year!
I feel short-changed and left out of all the action!!! Maybe you guys could make a deal with B.C. and donate all your snow to the Olympics! |

| We got snow today and then it rained. Most of the snow is gone and it's just icky out there. Should be more snow again in an hour. Doesn't matter. We haven't had much chance to dry out since the Christmas blizzard. |

I do not want to see any more snow forecasted, please!
We got about 24" or more Friday and Saturday NOW
they are calling for 18-24" more coming in tomorrow and Wednesday.
Please someone take me away. LOL
