Time is getting close for the FL get togethers ....keep at top

Lets NOT post on this to keep it at the top for Nita and the
people going to the get together. Okay? thank you! I really appreciate it!
"I am flying out on Monday morning and won’t have computer access for this trip.
I hate that my folks and my cousin don’t have Internet. Carol and I are looking forward to meeting everyone on our Florida Tour.
Here’s the schedule of where we will be meeting everyone.
Feb. 10th Cody's Original Roadhouse, 11202 W. Hillsborough Ave. , Tampa at 6 PM.
Feb. 12th Lunch with Patti43 at her home in Ocala 11:30.
Sat. 13th Whistle Junction, 3125 Columbia Boulevard, Titusville at 11 AM.
Sun. 14th Pueblo Viejo Restaurant, 270 NW Peacock Blvd, Port St Lucie at 12 PM.
If anyone wants or needs to get in touch with me please email me at runvswing@hotmail.com I will check my email from Carol’s house on the morning of the 10th before we head up to my cousin’s house in Dade City. Those of you that have my cell number can call me at any time. If you don't have my cell number and would like it please email me at the above address before midnight EST Sunday. " |

| Thank you both for keeping this on the first page. I am headed to bed. Need to be out of the house by 3AM. I have an hour and a half drive to Tucson and my flight leaves at 6. See everyone in a few days. Moanblair, I hope we will get to see you in Tampa. I won't have internet service the whole time I am on this trip. That is a real bummer. |

| Sorry I missed this message earlier so if anyone does call Nita-please let her know I'm not going to be able to be there. We had spoken about a month ago & I told her I had PA company/family coming in on the 10th-but unclear as to what time they'd arrive. Haven't see many of them in 5 years, so natch-they are priority. However....I hit an even bigger snag! Saturday my SO & I were down at a Beach place, listening to music. It was packed thus we had to stand, leaning against a wall.A paraplegic who frequents the place, (had had too much to drink), proceeded to race up thru the main aisle in his hydraulic wheelchair (weight? I'd guess 300 lbs w/his weight added) and ran over both of my feet-not only ran over them but STOPPED(I guess waiting to get thru the crowd) and remained on my already deformed feet.OMG! I screamed 'get off-quick'. Pain was so excruciating, I cried something terrible! I soaked them both in Epsom salts, most of yesterday-my left foot is worse than the other. Waiting for 8:30 to come so I can call my Dr this morning-I want xrays taken. Don't think it's broken but it's either fractured or a bad sprain. Either way-my footies are out of commission for a few days! Please relay my apologies to Nita & the gang? Thanks. |

| I won't know until the last minute if I can come. So if I show up we'll just have to crown in a little closer at the table. Is that okay? Sharon, this is awful!!! Hope there's nothing major wrong with your feet. |

| I''m so looking forward to Friday and meeting Carol and Nita (and friends). Just wrote that to take it to the top again, even though I don't know why since Nita won't have computer access! Oh--I guess if someone has to cancel, she can find out at my house if the date is after Friday. |

| i will not be able to make the sat. titusville date :-( just found out i'm working....spring has sprung in the plant growing biz. we are very weather dependent and just when everyone wants to start coming to FL i always get busy lol. hopefully next time i can make it! i do get to meet mimi boo in march, we are going to michael buble in tampa together! can't wait! had to choose the sat. tampa date over wed. orlando, since it was during the week and i never get out of work before evening that far into spring season. have a co-worker even going to the sat show over the wed orlando show. hope you are doing o.k. sharon, that sounds horrible! ~ liz |

| I'm waiting to see pics too, of the gals met, thus far! Thanks for the concern about my feet. Went to Drs on Monday morn-he ordered xrays & got the results Wed.-thankfully no breaks or fractures. They did see however, there's alot of degenerative damage, which no doubt, was irritated by this trauma. |

| Tomorrow is our Titusville visit. My daughter Lisa and I will be there. Waiting to meet Nita, Barbara, Lisa and Renee. Today is very rainy and cold. Tomorrow should be dry and high of 55. |

| Well, we had a wonderful visit. Nita is just as everyone describes--and she really does give great hugs. Carol is cute as can be and so comfortable to be around. I really enjoyed their visit and so did Harry. For lunch we had ham salad, tarragon chicken salad and egg salad sandwiches, a pasta salad, tomato-feta salad and for dessert raspberry trifle. I can't believe we talked for over four hours--the time just flew by. The weather was cold and rainy but it was sunny and warm in my house today! |
