Anywhere between the 1930s to the early 1950s would be my guess. The feet are very typical of the late 30s to early 40s furniture. Then furniture grew legs again.
Value? It's a bed! What are brand new beds of that size and construction (solid and veneered wood) selling for, then add a bit because it's vintage.
It's mass-produced 70+ year old furniture, and probably in excellent shape. Certainly better stuff than MOR or Ashley or some of the other stores new things.
My mother had one similar. My sister has it now. Mother could never pass up an antique sign. Hers did not have the turned piece on the footboard or the ornate posters on the headboard and is a much cleaner design. IMO She thought it was late 30's to late 40's although she just bought anything she liked with out regard to history or value. She liked the older styles as do I.
